  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)

  • 1 cup crushed Nilla Wafers
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract and mashed bananas until well combined.

  6. Fold in crushed Nilla Wafers and optional chocolate chips gently.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow cooling on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
