  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for brushing)
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper chunks (any color)
  • 1/2 cup onion chunks
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the pineapple, bell peppers, and onions into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper until just combined.
