- Add chopped cilantro and lime juice; season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Once tortilla cups have cooled slightly, spoon the mixture into each cup until full.
- Garnish with crumbled feta cheese or avocado slices if desired. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
