Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, and crushed red pepper flakes until well mixed.
  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place about 2 tablespoons of the pickle mixture in the center.
  3. Fold in the edges and roll tightly to seal the filling inside.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  5. Carefully drop the wrapped bites into the hot oil without overcrowding. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels before serving.
