  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 strips cooked bacon or 1 cup cooked sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour into the skillet, stirring gently until fluffy and fully cooked.
  3. In a separate pan, crisp up the bacon or sausage until golden brown. Drain excess grease and mix with the scrambled eggs.
