  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 680g)
  • 4 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle olive oil on chicken and season with garlic powder and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Lay tortillas flat. Start with a layer of romaine lettuce, add sliced chicken, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Fold in sides of tortillas and roll tightly. Cut in half if desired. Serve immediately.
