  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 2 cups crushed)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, cook seasoned chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat, let cool, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, soy sauce, minced garlic, and dried thyme. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add shredded chicken to the sauce mixture and coat well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top evenly with crushed Ritz crackers.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve hot.
