- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 2 cups crushed)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, cook seasoned chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat, let cool, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, soy sauce, minced garlic, and dried thyme. Stir until smooth.
