  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and chop bell peppers and broccoli.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and cornstarch until smooth to create the sauce.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for an additional 3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables; cook for another couple of minutes until everything is well-coated and sauce thickens slightly.
