Instructions

  1. Thaw frozen bread dough overnight in the fridge. Roll out on a floured surface to about half an inch thick.
  2. Cut the dough into two-inch squares. Place a piece of Brie and a dollop of cranberry sauce in each square; fold edges to create pockets.
  3. Grease a bundt pan with melted butter. Layer the filled dough pieces vertically in the pan.
  4. Drizzle remaining melted butter over the assembled dough. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and grated Parmesan.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
