- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with coconut oil.
- In a medium bowl, mix almond flour and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil and maple syrup; pour into dry ingredients and blend until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- While the crust bakes, whisk together eggs, lemon juice, zest, and remaining maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour filling over the baked crust and return to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
