  • 1 cup Kool-Aid Powder (any flavor)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Lollipop sticks (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your molds by placing them on a flat surface.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar over medium heat until dissolved. Add the Kool-Aid powder and mix well.
  3. Gradually stir in 2 tablespoons of gelatin and then add 1 teaspoon of baking soda while mixing to create fizz.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into molds until three-quarters full. Insert lollipop sticks upright.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until firm. Once set, gently twist to remove each lollipop from the mold.
