French Dip Biscuits are a delightful comfort food that combines flaky, buttery biscuits with tender slices of roast beef, all served with a rich au jus for dipping. Perfect for game nights or family dinners, these savory morsels are easy to make and deliver restaurant-quality flavors straight to your table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 8 oz thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until the mixture is crumbly. Stir in milk until just combined.

  5. For the au jus, simmer beef broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan until heated through.
