Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until the mixture is crumbly. Stir in milk until just combined.
- Roll out the dough and cut into rounds. Layer slices of roast beef between two rounds and seal the edges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- For the au jus, simmer beef broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan until heated through.
