  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine gochujang, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the sauce until fully coated.
  4. Spread the sprouts evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
