Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine gochujang, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the sauce until fully coated.
- Spread the sprouts evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
