- 1 ripe avocado (diced)
- 2 ears fresh corn (kernels removed) or 1 cup frozen corn
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp under cold water; pat dry.
