  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Mince garlic and slice green onions.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot with half of the buffalo sauce, minced garlic, and 1 cup of water. Seal the lid.
  3. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Release pressure carefully after cooking.

  5. Poke holes in sweet potatoes and microwave for 8-10 minutes or bake at 400°F (200°C) until soft.
