  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  2. Add olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, sugar, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour until a sticky dough forms.

  5. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough gently, divide it into equal portions, and shape into muffins for greased muffin tins.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
