  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  5. Punch down dough and roll into a rectangle (1/2 inch thick). Cut strips and twist into spirals.
  6. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep skillet. Fry each donut for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
