Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually add this mixture to the dry ingredients while stirring gently.
  4. Fold in one cup of crushed Oreos carefully to maintain the batter's airy texture.
  5. Pour the batter evenly into prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. While the cakes cool, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually fold in powdered sugar and remaining crushed Oreos.
  7. Frost each layer generously before stacking them together. Cover the entire cake with frosting and garnish with extra crushed Oreos.
