Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or flank steak
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 cup green bell peppers, sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil and sauté the beef until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. 3. Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened (about 5-6 minutes).
  4. 4. Slice slider rolls in half without completely separating them. Layer the beef mixture on the bottom half and top with provolone cheese.
  5. 5. Brush melted butter over the tops of the sliders and bake for about 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and rolls are golden brown.
  6. 6. Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
