  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust lightly with flour.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth. Stir gently.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in granulated sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, whisking until fluffy.

  5. Divide the batter among the ramekins and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but centers jiggle slightly.
