- 4 burger buns (soft)

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush both sides of each Portobello mushroom with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the mushrooms gill side down on the grill for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- If using cheese, flip the mushrooms after 3-4 minutes and top with cheese. Cover for 2 more minutes until melted.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble sliders by placing fresh greens on the bottom bun, topping with grilled mushrooms and condiments before adding the top bun.
