Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby back pork ribs
- 2 ripe peaches, pureed
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (optional, for heat)
Instructions
- Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs for tenderness.
- In a blender, mix pureed peaches, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Sriracha until smooth.
- Marinate ribs in half of the peach sauce for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
