- Extra sesame seeds
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- Prepare the wonton chips:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange wonton wrappers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Lightly spray or brush with oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let cool.
- Make the spicy tuna tartare:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice.
- Gently fold in diced tuna, green onion, and sesame seeds. Mix until evenly coated.
- Taste and adjust heat level by adding more sriracha if desired.
- Assemble and serve:
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of tuna tartare onto each wonton chip.
- Garnish with diced avocado, radish slices, microgreens, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds if using.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
