Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and gently fold in the Rice Krispies until well-coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half into the Rice Krispie mixture, then transfer to a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  4. Press down firmly to create an even layer, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  5. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
