- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the Rice Krispies until well-coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half into the Rice Krispie mixture, then transfer to a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Press down firmly to create an even layer, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
