Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup seedless grapes (about 1015 grapes)

Instructions

  1. Wash grapes and strawberries under cool water. Pat dry with a clean towel.
  2. Thread 2-3 grapes followed by one strawberry onto each bamboo skewer.
  3. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium, stirring until sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Add lemon juice to the syrup and stir to combine.
  5. Dip each skewer into the hot syrup, ensuring fruit is fully coated, then let excess syrup drip off before placing on parchment paper.
  6. Allow skewers to cool until the sugar hardens into a glossy shell.
