  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush half of the teriyaki sauce over each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Five minutes before removing from the oven, brush another layer of sauce on top for an extra glaze.
  6. Serve hot, drizzled with remaining sauce and topped with sliced green onions.
