  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth (240ml)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add onions and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Increase heat to medium-high and add seasoned chicken to the skillet. Sauté until golden brown on all sides (7-10 minutes).
