Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, add instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
- Whip until fluffy: Using a hand whisk, electric mixer, or milk frother, whip the mixture vigorously for 3 to 5 minutes until it becomes thick, fluffy, and light caramel in color. It should hold soft peaks.
- Prepare the milk: Fill a glass with ice cubes if serving cold, or use warm milk if preferred. Pour the milk into the glass, leaving some space on top for the whipped coffee.
- Top and serve: Gently spoon the whipped coffee over the milk. Use a spoon or straw to swirl together before sipping if desired.
